Spencer Clarke Group is working in partnership with several welcoming secondary schools across St Helens who are looking for Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers to support their students.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in gaining valuable classroom experience while supporting the learning and development of secondary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work.
• Support the learning and development of pupils across a range of subjects.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain high standards of education and care.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
• Confidence and enthusiasm when working with secondary school students.
• A genuine interest in education and personal development.
• Flexibility and reliability to cover both short-term and long-term placements.

All pay rates quoted include 14.3% statutory holiday pay.
