Pertemps Medical is currently recruiting experienced Registered General nursing (RGNs) / Paeds ED / Adult Emergency Department settingsfor exciting agency opportunities in Skipton.

Key Responsibilities Depending on your clinical speciality and placement, responsibilities may include:

• Delivering safe, effective and patient-centred nursing care
• Assessing patients and monitoring their clinical condition
• Recording and responding appropriately to patient observations
• Administering medication in line with relevant policies and professional standards
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Supporting patients throughout their care and treatment
• Working effectively alongside multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Escalating changes in a patient's condition appropriately
• Maintaining high standards of infection prevention, safeguarding and patient safety
• For A&E assignments, supporting the delivery of care within a fast-paced Emergency Department environment

Essential Requirements To be considered, applicants should have:

• Current NMC registration
• Relevant UK nursing experience
• Recent clinical experience appropriate to the role being applied for
• Relevant A&E / Emergency Department experience for A&E assignments
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Ability to complete the necessary pre-employment compliance requirements
