Aspire People are recruiting Early Career Teachers to support primary schools across the local area.

The Role:

Taking responsibility for teaching a primary class
Planning and delivering engaging lessons
Supporting pupils across the primary curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Differentiating learning to meet individual needs
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
Developing positive relationships with pupils and staff
Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff
Contributing to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS or is in the process of completing their ECT requirements
Primary teaching qualification / relevant teacher training
Recent teaching experience through placements or employment
Enthusiastic and committed approach
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passionate about pupil development
Open to feedback and professional development
Reliable and adaptable
