Multi skilled flagger / fencer

Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Flagger / Fencer with a joinery background to join a busy team delivering works across social housing and domestic properties.This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who is confident in external works while also capable of completing fencing and basic joinery tasks to a high standard.

Your new role

• Carry out high-quality flagging, slabbing, and paving works
• Install, repair, and replace timber fencing and gates
• Complete basic joinery tasks including:
  • Gate construction and repairs
  • Timber structures and minor carpentry works
• Undertake general external maintenance works within social housing properties
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Provide a professional service when working in occupied properties

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Flagger / Groundworker / Fencer
• Strong joinery background (essential)
• Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance
