At InHealth, our Healthcare Assistants are key to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. You’ll work across multiple sites in Manchester, supporting patients throughout their ENT appointments and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for
• Preparing patients for procedures and chaperoning them as needed
• Completing forms, updating records, and keeping our systems accurate
• Supporting clinicians to make sure every appointment runs like clockwork
• Keeping clinical areas clean, safe, and ready for use
• Helping with calls, supplies, and anything else that helps the team thrive

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who enjoys working in different settings and can travel between sites.
• A calm, empathetic communicator with great attention to detail.
• A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient systems.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role.
