The role:
- The Housing Support Officer will provide a comprehensive range of office, management support and customer service functions within the housing directorate on housing allocations, known as Property Pool Plus.
- The role of Housing Support Officer will assess, review and process housing applications and provide appropriate guidance to service users of Property Pool Plus.
- As the Housing Support Officer you will provide responses to customer enquiries regarding housing application decisions that have been made in line with the Property Pool Plus housing allocations policy.
- As well as provide clear, accurate policy guidance and deliver training to administrative staff, ensuring housing applications are processed consistently in line with the Property Pool Plus housing allocations policy.
