Aspire People are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for reliable and confident TAs who can quickly settle into a classroom, build positive relationships with pupils and provide effective support to both teachers and learners.

The Role:
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Providing classroom, 1:1 and small-group support
Assisting with Maths, English, phonics and wider curriculum activities
Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in their learning
Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
Working alongside teachers to provide additional support where needed
Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
Confident supporting pupils across different year groups
Strong understanding of classroom routines and expectations
Good behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Reliable, adaptable and able to use initiative
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
