We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Unqualified Secondary Supply Teachers in the Salford area. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with the flexibility to work across a variety of secondary schools, supporting students and staff.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively in the classroom
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive atmosphere
• Support students' learning and engagement
• Work collaboratively with school staff to promote student progress

• No formal teaching qualification required - a genuine passion for education is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching styles
• Experience in coaching, tutoring, or youth work is desirable
• Must have the right to work in the UK

• Training provided for candidates without prior teaching experience

All pay rates quoted include 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent opportunities in some cases.
