Location: Salford Quays, Manchester

Rate: £240 per day

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Start Date: Monday 24th August 2026

Duration: 3 weeks

End Date: Monday 14th September 2026

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Cat B office fit-out project in Salford Quays, Manchester.

This is a 3-week contract opportunity, ideal for a Site Manager with strong commercial fit-out experience and the relevant site qualifications.

Requirements

Previous experience managing Cat B office fit-out projects
SMSTS - essential
First Aid - essential
Asbestos Awareness - essential
Strong site management and organisational skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme, quality and health & safety standards
