Core Subject Tutors Needed St Helens & Nearby Areas £25-£30 per hour

Looking to step away from the pressures of the classroom while still making a genuine difference in education?

We are currently seeking passionate Maths, English, and Science tutors across St Helens and the surrounding areas to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds.

This role offers the opportunity to support students in a more personalised way - whether they need a confidence boost, extra academic support, or alternative provision due to SEN/SEMH needs.

• Focused 1:1 Support - Deliver tailored face-to-face sessions outside of a traditional classroom environment
• Freedom to Teach Your Way - Plan and adapt lessons around each pupil's individual learning style and needs
• Flexible Working - Choose the hours that suit your schedule, whether you're looking for a few sessions a week or a fuller timetable
• Rewarding Outcomes - Build strong relationships and directly see the progress your support creates

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs
• A good understanding of the UK national curriculum
• The ability to adapt learning approaches to engage individual students
• Teaching, tutoring, or classroom experience

• Flexible hours ranging from 1 to 25 hours per week
• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
