Responsibilities
- Ensuring Boning Hall targets are met within deadlines, without compromising quality or control of costs.
- Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained.
- Ensuring that Quality, Health & Safety and other Company policies are adhered to.
- Maintaining good employee relations and promoting equality of opportunity.
- Working within the Company Mission, Vision & Values.
Qualifications
- Breaking carcasses down from whole to primals using a band-saw or knife.
- Following customer specification standards.
- Maintain yields and quality standards.
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices i.e. Dropped Meat Policy
- Ensure knife safety training and guidelines are followed.
- Ensure the correct cleaning procedure of knives and PPE is always followed.
- Ensure the correct storage procedure of knives and PPE is always followed.
- General knife duties.
